Ms. Bennett’s most remarkable skill is her ability to make even the best teachers and best principals better. Usually, in my experience, successful leaders are known for coaching up quickly  the novice teachers and showing rookie administrators the ropes. However, Nadia has been recognized for improving the skill set, practically and conceptually, of veteran staff members as well! That is truly remarkable.
